Practice

I was wondering about two things.

First, I was wondering when you practiced twice daily, did you do the same series twice a day, or different series twice a day?

Like on monday did you do Primary and Primary or Primary and Intermediate?

Secondly, when doing the practice of ten postures for 50 breaths, do you do a finishing sequence too?

Dear Divamadge,
I practiced twice a day from 1971 until 1989.  After the birth of my son and buying a piece of land that I wanted to clear and build a house on, I practiced once a day.  I do the series that seems most appropriate for that moment and also do the Ashtanga Yoga pranayama.
When doing the 10 postures for 50 breaths, I still start with Salutations and end with the sitting finishing postures.
Aloha,
David

I did not know you had a son. Is he an ashtanga yogi also? I've just introduces my 30 year-old brother to ashtanga. He was only  able to complete the sun salutes and was a little disheartened, but I assured him to "Practice and all is coming." We actually read through some of your workshop articles for inspiration and good notes.

All the best,
