Ask a Yogi! / Mysore style/warmup and pranayama

I have some questions on the "etiquette" and "norms" under Mysore style classes:
- if you come in shortly after class has started, should you quietly (whisper to yourself) chant the opening invocation?
- do people warm up prior to starting Sun Salutations under a Mysore class? Or is it "normal" to go straight in?
- when should pranayama (other than ujjayi) be done (if at all) during Mysore class? Before starting the Sun Salutations, or after cooling down in Savasana? If after Savasana, the body is quite cooled and relaxed, and going back into pranayama seems to "start up" again. What advise could you give if one wants to incorporate about 5 minutes of meditation and/or "light pranayama" in their Mysore class?
